1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Easy Convert Image, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.
2. Use of Service
Our service allows you to convert images between different formats. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We do not store your images or personal data.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store any copies of your images after conversion.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not: - Use our service to convert illegal or copyrighted content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Use our service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure - Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our service
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Easy Convert Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We are not responsible for any data loss during the conversion process.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Braga, Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
